Young Performance in English Award 🥇
7 Μαΐου, 2026

We are delighted to share with you a joyful and creative educational experience that took place at our school as part of the Trinity Stars – Young Performers in English Award by Trinity College London.

This internationally recognized program is designed for children aged 3–12 and offers young learners the opportunity to engage with the English language through theatre, music, movement, role play, and group performances. The approach is entirely child-centered and experiential, with no written exams or pressure, fostering confidence, self-expression, and a genuine love of learning.

As part of the program, our students prepared and presented a group performance in English, carefully adapted to their age and language level. Through this process, they developed their speaking skills, creativity, teamwork, and confidence in front of an audience.

Our students performed the song “There Was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Fly,” inspired by the wonderful work of Simms Taback. We invite you to enjoy their performance and celebrate their enthusiasm, imagination, and progress!

Our second group took us on an exciting adventure through the forest, where the children became brave little explorers on a thrilling lion hunt!

Through movement, music, and imaginative role play, the students brought the well-known song “We’re Going on a Lion Hunt” to life with great enthusiasm and energy. As they travelled through the forest together, crossing obstacles and searching carefully, they finally discovered a scary lion hidden deep in the wild!

This fun and interactive performance encouraged the children to use English in a natural and meaningful way while developing teamwork, creativity, confidence, and expressive skills. We are very proud of our young explorers and invite you to enjoy their wonderful performance!
